the kind acts you do
unrecognised generosity
because today
I'm applauding too
lighting a spark in me
and cheering you on
always a silent contributor
to getting things done
reaching heaven's heights
and from what I saw
you put the world to rights
in just your daily being
impossible to ignore
all the good I'm seeing
today I'm celebrating you
and I want you to know
a smile and love it's true
