My love I wonder where you are,
And what is going on with you,
In such a difficult time as this!
This pandemic has taken the world by storm,
Subdued the strong and mighty,
And rendered them powerless

Could it have affected our bond,
I can't feel your heart beat like before,
The umbilical cord of our love is cut off,
Like an astronaut out of a spacecraft,
I'm gasping for oxygen, I can hardly breathe

As always I am hanging in there,
Hoping and praying for the miracle of resurrection
To break open the tomb holding our love captive,
Breath life back into this dried union,
And let love arise in it's beauty and
Take it's rightful place in our hearts again...
