Standing at the edge of reality and disbelief,
A broken soul shivers deep,
Was torn and shattered on the reef,

Standing at the edge of reality and disbelief,
A broken soul shivers deep,
Was torn and shattered on the reef,
Of dreams and hopes that failed to relief.
The weight of sorrow, the pain, the grief,
Left a heart in pieces, a soul in belief,
That love and joy were just a myth, a lie,
A fleeting dream that passed by.

The shards of heart, like shattered glass,
Reflect the fragments of a past,
That can never be made whole again at last,
The tears that fall, a bitter rain,
A sorrow that cannot be explained,
A pain that pierces like a sharp pain,
A heart that's lost, a soul that's worn out,
A life that's broken, with no way to regain.

Yet, even in the depths of this despair,
A glimmer of hope, a light that's fair,
A chance to heal, to mend, to repair,
A new beginning, a fresh start to share,
A heart that's strong, a soul that's free,
A life that's full, a future yet to see,
A dream that's real, a love that's true,
A happiness that's waiting there for you.
