Sadly, it wasn’t for me and you
We once had a face to face conversation
Now we sat in the opposite direction
Staring at the window
I saw a lonely shadow
While sipping a cup of my favorite tea
Reality hits me
We once bet and roll the dice
Believed that what we both feel is paradise
A ticket was given to us for free
But we both realized that this was not a movie
This is just another day on the calendar
