My life is an open book,
That led me through every nook,
And every corner of discovery,
Of life's long journey

My life is from God's hands,
Destiny written by Him on the sands.
Come what may I know for sure,
Things will go on and He'll provide the cure.

My life contains both good and bad,
Fake it with courage, why be sad?
For He alone has gifted me much,
Endure it with a smile, for life is such.

My life makes me think of those without,
How they struggle with a heart so stout.
I thank God for the pages in my book,
As he unfolds it, I'll take a look.
