Are somethings earned and not bought out of a packet.

What motivates one to get into this field,
Is it a passionate first choice or more like a secondary shield?
A career much invested in; day in and day out,
Or a subordinate choice; when comes about a drought.
Is it compulsion that drives someone to produce,
Or more like hard work...
