My entire life just flashed before me,
not because I thought it was over though,
but because it was a time for me to see,
open my eyes to travel this road.

It may seem better and maybe just for a while,
But by then I'll have the will to keep going ,
This will only fade after each new smile,
and what I leave behind is all their left knowing.
