When I was younger I did not like rainy days,
Unable to laugh and play in the sun.
Now that I am older alone with my thoughts no doubt appreciate ever drop,
there is time in rain to slow down and ponder.
To reflect and plan so that when it is pouring down you have a way out.
Gray sky's don't last they're only here for a moment .
Learning that what you do in the rain will dictate how you enjoy the sun.
