And life has gone and done a full circle.
Something given up has returned without scorn.
A secret born and hidden away.
But time has relented and given way.
Religious shame you are to blame.
Abused your power to frighten your flock.
Misrepresented the message that you were sent to preach.
The shepherd more ferocious than the beast, it was meant to defeat.
And so in the end what does this mean.
Evil dwells in the most sacred of things.
But evils greatest failure is, it is stupid.
While coming up with what seems the cleverest plot.
It is so twisted and bent that it cannot work.
Truth is stronger because it is better built.
It has a foundation that cannot be broken.
And all the lies that try to exploit it.
Will come crumbling down with a resounding stumble.
Truth will prevail and struggle on.
And lies will crack and fold at the seams.
And now that mother has had another chance.
What will she do with her re-united life?
Will love prevail and win the day?
