I wait patiently for her
Understanding the hesitation
Just trying to get to know her
While keeping a guard myself
Just hoping this might be the one
Taking my time to truly get to know her
And learn more
Am I an idiot for wanting to make sure I’m ready
And that I know my emotions and physical need and want will be met
Or at least if she’s willing to meet me half way
I truly don’t understand the need to rush something
When if you want it last
You need to take care of it
