Unworthy
Sometimes I wonder if am
worthy of his love,
what have I done to deserve him?
He loves me unconditionally
as a dog loves its owner,
as a mother loves her child.
I don’t deserve him.
He loves me unconditionally,
even when I struggle to love him back.
I really don’t deserve him
but he still thinks the absolute world of me.
I am in awe of his love for me,
I am amazed I get to have him,
I hope that our love lasts forever and always
