I'm a stagnant sea, with empires of fire and sweat, anguish and ache.
The beautifully twisted world rages around me, loud sounds, strained voices, unforgiving skies.
I'm a lost raft, sitting on the edge of insanity and blackness.
The cold winds beat my weathered and worn back, singing in my ears a song of nothing and everything.
On my quiet ship, I watch the world blur and twine, dancing around my love and hatred for it, my silence and rage for it, my defeat as its leaves fall against my wobbly barrier of skin.
These days time move fast and slow simultaneously. Faces run from one edge of my vision to another, judgy eyes fleeting but leaving its imprint nonetheless.
My soul crumbles, my spirit wails, my emotions raze and raze till nothing of me is left and I sit here a stagnant beautiful sea of memories.
