Hell is not created by God
but hell evolve from the corruption
that occurred in Lucifer.
The fire that burn in hell is not a literal fire
but a type of darkness that burns.
That darkness eats into the soul in such way
that it does not necessarily depreciate it in substance
but at it core.
It is a depreciation that causes a person
to experience downward experience of corruption.

Hell causes a man to thirst.
The thirst is an indication of the rich man's soul depreciation.

Hell location is not geographically downward. Hell is not in relation to the geographical position of the earth.
