DREAM
I'll endow you with gold,
letting you through treasures untold.
Lie still, for I only come and go,
A dream and nothing more.

In my realm, I'll paint you Queen,
Giving you treasures every gleam.
But never wish for dawn,
for I am but a dream.

Sometimes I seem like an illusion,
Only there, hypnotizing your vision.
Giving happiness, scaring your emotion,
Lie on still, for I am but a dream.

I sneak in the middle of night-shine,
and you, my dreamer, I leave kind.
Crawl through my pages, it is fine,
You'll see your future last in kind.
But wake, dear dreamer, for I am gone.
I'll sneak in yet another time.
