ADDICTION
I laughed at the taste of my addictions ,
Just a silly teenager having fun,
Pills, alcohol, caffeine,
As I said ,I was just a silly teen,
Pathetic! I thought they were of help to me.
Nauseously tired I was,
Not seeking a therapist, for the only therapy were these drugs,
I laughed at the taste of my addictions ,
Cause how was I supposed to cope without the drugs?
I wanted more,the adrenaline,
To be able to sleep,
So, I laughed at the taste of my addictions ,
Because they made me feel free.
