"Shadows of the Mind"?
In the quiet depths of my mind,
Lurk shadows of doubt, unkind.
Anxiety's whispers, a constant sound,
Leaving my spirit feeling bound.

A weight upon my chest, heavy,
Dragging me down, never-ending levy.
Each breath a struggle, each moment a fight,
Lost in the darkness, shrouded from sight.

Yet, in this darkness, a flicker of light,
A hope that maybe, just maybe, I might
Find a way through this endless night,
To emerge stronger, in the morning's light.

You're not alone in this, and it's okay to feel this way. If you need to talk more or explore these feelings, I'm here.
