Springs showers popping up
totally unexpected.
People running for shelter
What a sight to see?

The smell of flowers and rain
butterflies fluttering by.
My favorite season of all
because of the wonderful things to see

People smiling and laughing
children watching the butterflies.
What a joy this is for me.
Why cant it stay spring all year?

Seasons come and go
but every year i look for spring.
The first sound i hear is the birds.
