Hallow's Eve .
On the night of the dead, when the veil is thin,
And the spirits roam with a ghastly grin,
The moon shines bright in the haunted sky,
As the darkness creeps and the shadows lie.

The ghosts of old and the witches too,
Come out to play as the night is new.
With a cackle here ,and a howl there,
They haunt the living without a care.

The pumpkins glow with an eerie light ,
As the bats take flight in the dead of night.
The wind howls loud and the wind do sway,
As the dead come forth to have their say.

The dark is alive with a darkened hue ,
As the living tremble and the dead pursue .
Their secrets kept in the grave so deep,
As they rise again to haunt and reap.

If you dare to walk the night,
On Hallow's Eve with the spirits in sight.
know that danger lurks in the air ,
And the dead will rise without a care.
