i’ve been a tourist of my own mind
discovering new things over again
whether for better or worse
always it feels there’s things i’ve never seen
i’ve never learned
and just cant learn
like lessons i know i’ve been taught
i know i should abide by what i’m told
by the voice in my own head
i know i shouldn’t do it
i know it would be better to just go
but something pains me in a more vulnerable place
