I am always in a state of elation
No matter what the situation
People left, dreams left, esteem left
But somehow smile overcame it's theft

I get what people go through in
Those mind games and regret of sins
I might have been there, once or twice
I have no memory as such in my device

I do get hurt, get under stones
But my heart isn't sadness prone
