A leader is the one who understands emotions.
A leader doesn't promise to give,
They do it till eternity.
A leader doesn't set example,
He becomes one and awakens all.
A leader isn't the one who compete,
A leader is the one who knows he is the best and believe in developing rather than competing.
A leader isn't the one who defend himself in front everyone,
A leader is the one who supports all and believes in God.
He believes in quality rather than quantity,
He seek tolerance rather than enemity.
He is more of a writer who understands the words behind the emotions,
Leaving a trace in the heart of the people rather than a ignorant.
He comes with big heart, smart minds
and inspiring actions.
Lastly leadership is a 'gift' not a 'ruling'
