Write a poem about a time that your illusions of someone or something were shattered

Fell in love and
I swear God above
Hates me
Because He punishes so easily
Any person you choose to pursue
Will end up screwing you
Emotionally....
When the past comes back to choke
Hitting below the belt
Every time I've felt
a glimmer of something more
Resembling contentment
It leads to resentment
And it's happened before
Some previous slut had all the luck
And got knocked up
While all I've ever done is try....
It's why I HATE falling for the guy
He never knew,true but it came back to
Bite you and me too
And the little miracle, from some mistake from before
He never wanted but to me it means more....
How can you not want what I tried so hard to achieve?
And at the same time makes me want to leave
Because the one I love created life with someone else and it'll Never happen for me....Why must that be?!
I hate being me, loving him, wanting me
Yet all I see is the baby I will never have
So much for my better half...
