In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap,
Where I couldn't escape ,
Your thoughts remind me ,
Of memories which we happily created ,
But who knew that ,
I will be alone with,
all those happiest and saddest memories,
Near the sea , you still looked at me ,
Laughing , enjoying and playing,
but I realized it was a recap ,
I thought we would be making ,
a decade of new memories ,
but not too long ago ,
We separated ,
Thinking about it ,
still bring me tears ,
but I hoped you also experienced it ,
' we aren't meant to be together. '
They said seeing us happily ,
But who knew that ,
they didn't lie though ,
I also know that we don't have regrets,
But who knew that ,
It was this hard to forget you,
At times , I cry ,
At times , I regret,
At times , feel grateful ,
But all of these
can't change the fact that ,
" We weren't meant to be "...
Just like this ,
I say at times ,
" I miss him "
