So Did I Drown.
When the dust that fell with the night before seem so heavy,
And the lonely night seems to be the burden I have to carry,
My soul soaked up in trouble like rainfall on dirt
And my treasured pain etched deep in my heart,
How do I get used to this?
I let you to kiss me when I knew you could break me
Your Poetry only feels so wrong
The ear is deaf to the whisper of your silent deep sea
But your sea speaks so loud enough for those willing to drown
And so I did drown.
