What really does come after death?
Christians say, "death is but a sleep." Sadly, for those who have passed on, that's it.
I could end my poem, however, there is more I'd like to share. What really does come after death?
When Gandhi died, the world mourned. When Nelson Mandela died, Africa mourned.
These men were great men. Not just based on what they have achieved, rather, who they were as an individual. The standards they set for themselves made them to be who they were.
As a young man, it saddens me that we, the next generation, do not possess these standards. What will become of us in the next 10 years?
