Phodography By Scooper
Scooper knew he had one shot.
His big dream...a vision only he understood.
The light was fading and it was cold.
A perfect backdrop to his final flash.
There is something pure about the click.
It signifies your wish.
The manifestation of your eyes belief.
Art under the microscope.
Point-of-view left now to the masses.
Scooper took a breath and thanked his model.

He gathered his gear and called his agent, "It's finished Tad...my first book is complete."

"This is great," his agent shouted. "I can't believe I'm going to be the first person to publish a book by a dog...it is mind-blowing!"

"I'll get the prints to you at the end of the week." he said confidently.

Scooper, by now you can see, is no ordinary pooch.
Born in a lab and raised by scientists...
His gifts are beyond.
Some declared him an abomination...
Others proclaimed he was a present.
Mans best friend who could talk, think, and act.
Dexterity similar to his sapien counterparts.
After becoming a viral sensation...
He was granted not only his freedom...
But citizenship and rights the same.

When interviewed by news reporters he always said the same thing, "I want to live, travel, love and enjoy the world. Along the way I'll photograph it all. I want to publish a book on how I see the world."

"What will you call it?" one reporter asked.

After thinking for a moment, he grinned and said, "Phodography By Scooper."

Everyone laughed and agreed it was clever.
So began his adventure anew.
Snapping shots of what he thought were quite noteworthy.
Nothing escaped his eye...
An ordinary flower embracing the sun.
Someone's ink pen left on a table.
Laughing children at the park.
A widow sobbing.
The hurried hustle of business suits.
Elderly folks playing cards.

He'd witnessed much and taken it in.

Now his final page...
Humanity crouching in the snow.

Of all his gained wisdom he appreciated this metaphors the most...
Strength and fragility.
Those with the ability to adapt, change, improve, and destroy.
Humans submit yet defy their environment.
Without it they would perish.
They are capable of so much compassion.
They are capable of so much hate.
Joy mixed with misery.
We are all just along for ride.
