In the realm of dreams, where shadows play,
A beauty so pure, it takes breath away,
In my slumber, a world serene,
A dream so vivid, like never seen.

Lush meadows bathed in golden light,
Where gentle whispers of the wind take flight,
Blooms of colors never named,
In this paradise, I am untamed.

But alas, when the darkness falls,
My dream shatters, the nightmare calls,
A chilling cold grips my soul,
In this twisted realm, I am not whole.

Lost in a labyrinth of fear,
Whispers of dread always near,
Monsters lurking in the deep,
A dreadful secret they seek to keep.

The contrast stark, the colors fade,
In my mind, a war is waged,
Between the beauty and the fright,
In the realm of dreams, eternal night.

Yet in this battle of dark and light,
I find solace in the fight,
For dreams may come and nightmares too,
But in the end, I am still true.
