You took the people I love the most away from me,
Away to a place where I won't get to see or touch them,
To a place where a fully alive person never arrives.
People say you do love us.
You love us but you take the people who mean the world to us?
Some might say that you are doing out of love,
But I don't think its love if it hurts to a point where you feel like its killing you.
To a point where you feel hopeless, worthless and faithless,
To a point where happiness is unknown,
And to a point where a sacred place of emotions feels like a dirty place of numbness.
If its out of love why does love take our loved ones away?
Why does love hurt us this way?
They say I must be greatful that I'm still alive
But I can't be greatful if I'm alive to see my loved ones leave me in this world full of hatred and lies.
The world of jealousy and darkness.
They say its out of love but love doesn't have to hurt this much.
"It is love" they say but we can't sleep because this love is scary.
I can't live in this world if all I'll ever experience is pain, depression and hurt,
Caused by the love people claim that you show to us by taking away our loved ones.
I'd rather join them than see more of them perish and vanish.
Because you love them too much to take them away from their families.

If its out of love why does it leave me depressed?
