My life is an open book,
That led me through every nook,
And every corner of discovery,
Of life's long journey
sometime I have to just stop and look
at what pages I've already wrote in this book
it's been a long life so far I've basically sometime have been took
and others I was so scared in life I shook
there are still lots of chapters I want to add to my life's book
like getting to go zipline over a river and breath relax and look
at the fun in life and how my grandkids have my heart by a hook
and never will my heart be mistoke
If I open my heart to you it's because that first time we met that is all it took
for me to know that you were someone I could trust and want you to know that we had a connection that should not be over looked cause lots of people I've met in life but not all of them were put into my life's book
so if you don't believe me just take a good look
you as a friend is something I took
as we walk through this life a lot of time my head shook
cause there were losses that I took
and learned to cook
and crazy people that's what my life took a lot of heartache through life I took
and laughter and cheers that should not be mistoke
life had twist and turns but the road was a lesson that I took
I'm not happy now just take a look
but one day even I will find the happy ending and close this book
