The sun left alone without its light
Once loved moon to its might
Waited hours just to have a look so brief
Self indulged moon busy and deaf
Moon realised and asked what can you do for me
Without hesitation sun gave all its light now alone and dark sun is all we see

The sun left alone without its light
In Universe centre it shined so bright
Other planets revolved around it
Sun was not aware of the harm in that surrounding
One day their devil's plan came true
Losing existence sun was worrying others will disappear too


The sun left alone without its light
Used to sit on top with pride
Gave life and a lesson to learn
Helping them will leave you burned
Still he continued as Everyone knew
Nobody try to see the scars just the ego he drew


The sun left alone without its light
Sad and calm ongoing night
Sunshine is turned into dark rays
Left darkness capturing days
Flowers dejected loosing hope
Trying to exist on a burning rope

The sun left alone without its light
Hated by all but again he rise
Knowing how many will die if he do not
He was alone but still for others he thought
When you see beauty and love the view
Remember the sun provides light and life
So thank him too
