Unsaid Goodbye
As the smell of salty water wafted in air,
I sat there eyes closed with head on my knees.
Every waves that touched my feet,
Taunted me to chase them back.
Like I used to..
The soft wind that caressed my hair, whispered me to smile at them tucking my hair behind my ears,
Like I used to..
The wet sand next to me,
Asked me to build them as a Castle
Like I used to..
A lonely tears slipped from my eyes
As my lips formed a bitter smile.
Does this waves, wind and sand know?
It always have been US.
Not only ME.
Looking at the blue sky,
I whispered his name,
My hands shivered.
As I looked down at the screen,
His smiling face stared back at me.
I touched his face
Myself lips quivered,
As I choked on a sob.
My hand pressed the "call icon"
I waited for it to ring
Desperately wishing I will hear the ringing sound,
Wanting to atleast say him a Good bye..
The only sound I heard was 'Beep'
As it reminded me the last 'Beep'from his heart before it stopped.
