If i throw rocks at the sun
Will the stoning of my spirit be done
If i erased all the craters of the moon
Will all my blemishes be unnoticed too
What if the rainbow was only one color
Would i know the diversity of the next brother
Should i stand and gaze
Will the most beautiful parts of me fade
Cutting imperfect pieces of a pie
Will it still look delicious to the human eye
If the ark couldnt hold a whale
Would jonah have been thrown in hell
Ive held the oldest documents of time
But i still had to give them away because they are archaic and not mine
Fighting my given destiny
Moved on a chess board with strategic integrity
Stagnant but want to live
