The Open Sea
Unmarred is wide Azure sea,
Horizons stretching to infinity.
Refuse poured from man's scorn,
Rests in deepest waters forlorn.
To distant land we're cast adrift,
Bound to masts by our wrists.
Odysseus tempted by siren's wail,
Must persiviere through every Gail.
Every action has a cost,
And paths not travled are soon lost.
There is no greener richer shore,
Therefore fear nothing anymore.
