BEYOND THE MIRROR'S GAZE
Standing before the mirror's gaze,
A girl in clothes that fit just right,
She tries to think, her eyes ablaze,
Yet spots a blemish, dimming her light.

Questions swirl in her mind's embrace,
As doubts begin to take their hold,
"Am I deemed attractive? Am I kind?
Will my flaws leave me alone in the cold?"

And then she realizes,
Beauty's not about
The surface flaws that lead to demise.

For within her heart beats pure,
Radiating warmth and grace untold,
In her soul, an everlast lure,
A beauty that cannot be bought and sold.

She's more than what eyes perceive,
A masterpiece of love and light,
Embracing flaws with humility,
And shining with inner might.
