Here I sit facing my laptop.
My legs tucked in as I arched by back.
Fingers curling, keyboard on top,
I am ready, time to attack.
No school, no fun, no stepping out.
Stuck on my chair, eyes looking out.
My Left-hand typing, right-hand scrolling,
Brain thinking and heart pounding.
Assignments piling up,
Video calls coming up.
Due dates calling out,
Sleeping time running out.
This is the beginning of the new normal.
Schools, offices, retails all close down.
No face to face and nothing special.
The online classes begin, no time to breakdown.
