Doomsday
The day I would be gone,
I would have left behind so many things,
the clothes I had worn for many years, some cosmetics, the books I had read so far and the books I had written.
The glass from which I drank water, the gown that I wore on my illness days and the empty medicine strips would perhaps make you feel empty for a while.
You might think of my helplessness, pain and frustration and feel overwhelmed, now that I am gone but I would keep rocking your heart in your loneliness though I am gone.
I might be away from your sight and float in the white light but let me tell you that when the rain kisses you on your face and the breeze embraces you, remember, it's me who is trying to cuddle you.
My love, I have loved you with all my heart, and with each passing day, the fear of losing you accentuates, when the wrinkles on my face reminds me of my doomsday.
