his hands told him to touch her
the rain told him to wait for her
all this was when he was just 16
but she never came
and the poem was lost

once in a dark street
he saw a girl
let's imagine her name was " dawn "
because that's what she really was
his faith told him to follow her
the blood on his face told him to chase her
all this when he was no longer in this world
and when he finally got her his life was lost in dawn
