UNAPPRECIATED JESTER

The court jester who
Couldn't find courtly love
Cos the jester's just a joker
And no one takes you serious
They just think that you're delirious!

It's the poets and the princes
The knights and the kings
Who win the fair maidens hearts
And us jokers are just for laughs

So with a pun and a prance
And a song and a dance
I'll entertain my audience
For if i cannot win a heart
A laugh or two will have to do
