They ask me how I began to write.
I say to them I took a very long pause.
I was stuck in a moment.
I didn't mind the clamour around,
People laughing, staring, gazing at me,
Even shouting at me, for they feared I would reveal something they didn't wish for.
I basked into the silence of nothingness,
Destroyed myself to a point from where I left sensory world.
Then after decades, I saw a light, which fell on the paper.
Since then I have been writing. From that light.
