I wasn't asking you to save my life...,
I just needed you to hold my hand,while I saved my own.
but I knew you weren't Really there,
as all through the days and all through the nights,
the only thing on your face was your phone and it's glare.
So I was forced to push you away,from a life so unfair,
I did care,but I couldn't face your despair,
so I truly destroyed it,
TO the point of no repair..
And as the look of love slowly drained from her eyes,
and her poor broken heart which was much pained,
and yet I still remained.
