The Writers' Way...

When the whole world is engaged in a fight,
For the hope of peace and delight, the writers write...

When human conditions are becoming pitty and plight,
For the hope of love in humanity, the writers write...

When joy and happiness are losing their light,
For the hope of inner child's innocence to ignite, the writers write...

When even the strongest willpower is losing its might,
For the hope of rising upright, the writers write...

When future generations are losing their sight,
For the hope of getting things right, the writers write...

When uncertainty and suffering blur the boundary between day and night,
For the hope of reclaiming the soul's infinite light, the writers write...

With a sealed mouth, restless mind and bursting emotions,
Writers can't do much and have nothing more to say...

All they can do is,
By transforming their hearts and souls into words,
They just write an emotional play.

They know that,
Sword's wound can vanish, but powerful words in the mind always stay.

World affairs are just a mental construct,
but for the sufferings,
whole of the humanity has to pay.

Words change the mind,
and with powerful words, the whole world can sway.

Writers can paint anything into color,
no matter how much it is black or grey.

Writer's ink has more life force than the blood, and
All evil can be slain with its power play.

Writers just don't do and just don't say...
They just write, because it's the writers' way.....
