Is the world so cruel?
Or am I just too sensitive?
Everything they gotta rule,
And I follow their commands like a fool.
The world's so sadist,
They find joy in spreading chaos and pain.
Then they ask, " what are the tears for again"?
They stab my soul until I'm completely drained.
I try to break the chains,
But it's all in vain.
Hoping to see the light is not wrong,
But how long should I be standing strong?
I've lost my home, I don't know where do I belong.
This doesn't seem to end, it feels lifelong.
How much more time will it take?
How much more do I fake?
How do I ease my heartache?
