So slowly goes the climate
in the ages far behind us.
A quiet climb can incite a phrase—
𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴;
𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦;
𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴.

Too ephemeral the taste of history,
too difficult to savour the hour.
When immersed in misty hills we missed
this culture turn milk sour.

The zeitgeist grew so overfilled,
had surely found its limit.
We knew to swim abreast the spilling edges
but instead we drowned in it.
