Tick tock goes the clock,
Tick tock, it's time to take stock..
For doom looms, as dawn approaches
Our soils are straving, the weed encroaches
The rains refuse to wail
As famine is about to set sail,
Leaving the world in fear;
Like the CO-VID 19 all year,
Nourishes the globe
Clothing it in robes
Of sheltered rogues
Exposing covered vogues,
Blaming racial foes for no vaccine found,
To end the global shutdown!
