Yearning wind.
Wistful, searching wind,
Yearning inside,
Crying out like a child;
Some pleasure denied.
Driving, blustering wind,
Angry and alone,
Bending, snapping trees;
I hear you cry and moan.
Relentless, creeping wind,
Unyielding on its path.
No mercy for my weaknesses;
You slip through tiny cracks.
Howling, lonely wind,
No place to call your own,
Only glimpses of your dreams;
Alone your left to roam.
