Aabe Hikma ~ Water of Wisdom
Mosque is a palace now
worshippers disappeared,
no one to kneel,
no one to bow.
no one to read,
no one to intend,
no one to prostrate,
no real devotion,
no authentic essence.
Animals slaughtered,
devil within to pet,
charity diminished,
greed for the wealth.
Prayers missed,
baptism mere ritual,
no soul clean,
no spirit to love.
