Got to be clean
There comes a point of realization in our lives, we look at ourselves to the floor, we realize we are dirty,
the environment we live in is dirty,
the streets are busy and dirty,
our nails are dirty,
the same bag throughout the week is dirty, the way we smell is dirty,
we look at ourselves,
the lunchboxes we don't wash are dirty,
the shoe we keep away from water is dirty, we are dirty,
the food we eat sometimes,
the blankets we use for three months,
we are dirty,
the way we wash ourselves,
our homes, laden with dust,
we are dirty,
the chairs we sit on at school, the desks.
until we are told we are dirty,
we see ourselves spotless,
after a quick bath, new clothes on,
different scent from the lotion,
we think we are clean
until the cleanness sees the dirt in us,
our teeth, our hands,
we are dirty
