My Inner Man
My soul revelles in kindness,
My mind wanders in faith,
My spirit delights in Mercy,
The desire of my inner man.
In dreams I feel lost, but my inner man guides me.
When my body day dreams, my inner man brings me reality.
As I tread through the harshness of this life, my spirit leads me on.
My inner man sets my foot firmly, encouraging me.
That's how strong my inner man is!
Lord help my inner man,
Strengthen my inner man,
Fill my inner man with purpose.
