I stand in awe gazing
at the beauty of butterfly
that flit and flutter
it's so nasty and terrified
filthy worm that turns
out to be a butterfly!!!
As I contemplate in wonder
tiny caterpillars are born
that eat leaves and grass
find a refuge to hang upside down
stop eating and fasting in meditation
and completely reorganize...
