I bury my heart
into the dark, rich earth
a time capsule
without time
hidden, intentionally lost
what you're selling
I don't want it anymore
fingers used to play
across these keys
small circlets of white
shining through the dust
untouched for centuries
dust settled and sure
disturb this intrument
no more
lost, intentionally hidden
I've buried my soul
in the dark, rich earth
enforced solitude
begging life to
infiltrate my flesh
humming, thrumming
living entity
dark, rich and flowing
through me
becoming the earth
I am suddenly
too heavy, too dense
for you to comprehend
let the grave settle
let the dirt fill my lungs
the world above becomes
blissfully absent
I won't be your ghost
I'm too busy
becoming my corpse
